Bruce Botchman is the epitome of the American Dream. Westchester born and bred, he began his career at White Plains Coat & Apron (now White Plains Linen) in 1973 right after graduating from college in Iowa. Botchman worked his way up the ladder before finally taking the reigns as CEO in 2009. As the third generation of Botchman CEOs, Bruce led the company through unprecedented growth as he grew revenue by 5,000%, which included his seminal acquisition of rival Cascade Linen in 2009.Throughout his professional success,
Mr. Botchman has always shared the fruits of his labor with those less fortunate. White Plains Linen has created enough jobs to earn it the title of Peekskill’s largest employer, the company frequently donates product to dress tables at local charity events, and Bruce personally has given hundreds of thousands of dollars to local organizations whose mission is to provide opportunities to those in need. He is proud to have supported Arts 10566 since its inception as well as all of the community-building efforts of its founder Wilfredo Morel.
