Wilfredo morel

Executive Director

Founder and Director of Arts 10566, Wilfredo is a community organizer, advocate, and artist. He is a facilitator who works at addressing and bringing together people of diverse backgrounds to collaborate and break down barriers.  Mr. Morel majored in Sociology at Herbert Lehman College/CUNY and is licensed by New York State Department of Health as a Clinical Case Manager, HIV/AIDS Pre/Post Counselor and HIV/AIDS Counselor Training Program for Training or Trainers (TOT).

Program Coordinator

Tamarah joined Arts 10566 as Program Coordinator but has been a team player for five years. During that time she has been a teaching artist sharing her Art and STEAM workshops. Majoring in Visual Art, Tamarah is a trained Artist, Curriculum Coordinator and Community Curator, using and contributing all of her talents and experiences to create opportunities for youth, residents and the community at large.

Maxwell Higgins

Social Media | Web Specialist

Maxwell is a senior at Rutgers University on track to graduate in 2022 with his bachelors degree in Communications and a double minor in Digital Communication Information and Media and Environmental Studies. Maxwell has experience working Website Design & Management, Social Media Management, Graphic Design, and Branding with Hudson Valley based artisans and photographers. Max is dedicated in his freelance career to donating a % of his profits to environmental sustainability and carbon neutrality efforts.
