Founder and Director of Arts 10566, Wilfredo is a community organizer, advocate, and artist. He is a facilitator who works at addressing and bringing together people of diverse backgrounds to collaborate and break down barriers. Mr. Morel majored in Sociology at Herbert Lehman College/CUNY and is licensed by New York State Department of Health as a Clinical Case Manager, HIV/AIDS Pre/Post Counselor and HIV/AIDS Counselor Training Program for Training or Trainers (TOT).
Eileen is a former educator of students with special needs and adjunct professor of English. She is very familiar with the Peekskill Schools having been a substitute teacher, PTO Officer, and Chair of a School Board Committee. Active in the artist community Eileen brings 10 years of experience in, amateur theatre, as a writer with a poetic passion, a photographer, and the creator of a painting workshop that incorporates meditation to her position as Program Coordinator.
